Core responsibilities will typically include

  • Develop and manage the portfolio of landscape design projects as Design Lead.
  • Consolidate and grow the existing landscape design team and expand the current portfolio and client base.
  • Providing support to internal planning and landscape planning colleagues.
  • Providing master planning and mitigation design for major infrastructure projects.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Chartered Landscape Architect
  • Proven experience in landscape design and implementation.
  • Experience of managing projects from concept to delivery on site and working to quality, time and budget demands.
  • Strong working knowledge of landscape design at a range of scales and across all work stages.
  • A natural communicator, ability to work closely with clients as well as the internal teams.

Desirable:

  • Practical experience / knowledge of the internal structures, relationships and processes of the Environment Agency.
