Your new role
As a shift tech you will be responsible for delivering all planned and reactive maintenance on site. This role is working 4 on 4 off, early & lates (6-6 & 10-10). Your duties will include, but not limited to:
PPM
Reactive Maintenance
BMS
AHU
Fire alarms
Emergency lights
What you'll need to succeed
NVQ level 3/C&G level 3
18 Edition
At least 4 years of building service experience working in a commercial setting.
Experience working in offices is preffered.
