Job Title: Foot Mobile HVAC Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,00 per annum + Travel Card
Location: Central London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join our team. The role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on a variety of HVAC equipment across several sites all within walking distance of each other in London's exciting theatre district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
- Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

F-Gas Category 1 certification.

At least 3 years experience

DBS clearance

Experience:

Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.

Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
