An established and growing Financial business is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This role will involve supporting the operations day-to-day and ensure client workflow runs smoothly.
This person must have experience within Financial Planning, and will be a proactive, organised and driven individual. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Overseeing team members, monitoring progress, timescales and practice standards
- Monitor and manage workflow to ensure all steps complete
- Provide support to Business Owner when required
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals.
- Finance Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Project Management: Plan and manage operational projects from inception to completion.
- Marketing and Project Management
- Office Management
- Review existing processes and ensure they are kept efficient and updated
- Ensure all systems are being used effectively and efficiently
- Keep updated with FCA regulations
Key Skills:
- Experience working within Financial Planning
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Previous experience with operations and business management
