Operations Manager

An established and growing Financial business is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This role will involve supporting the operations day-to-day and ensure client workflow runs smoothly.

This person must have experience within Financial Planning, and will be a proactive, organised and driven individual. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

  • Overseeing team members, monitoring progress, timescales and practice standards
  • Monitor and manage workflow to ensure all steps complete
  • Provide support to Business Owner when required
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals.
  • Finance Management: Prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage operational projects from inception to completion.
  • Marketing and Project Management
  • Office Management
  • Review existing processes and ensure they are kept efficient and updated
  • Ensure all systems are being used effectively and efficiently
  • Keep updated with FCA regulations

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within Financial Planning
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Previous experience with operations and business management
