The Role
This is a busy and varied role where you will be supporting the shipping department in the first couple of years. You will be required to provide support to the Shipping Manager and team. Early tasks will include important accurate data entry type activity relating to shipping and you will have an ongoing learning programme where you learn all aspects of international inbound and outbound shipping. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to gain exposure and wants to develop their career.
The ideal candidate
This is a great role for someone with a strong degree classification (First or high 2:1), communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You will need to be proactive, able to multi-task and capable of making a decision using your own initiative. Previous commercial experience such as a placement year would be an advantage but not essential.
The role be ongoing, hopefully long term.
