Marketing Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As a key player in the team, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from digital campaigns to social media engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Overseeing digital campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to approval.
- Managing and updating website assets, including homepage, banners, and product listings.
- Crafting compelling copy and content for customer communications and promotional materials.
- Executing engaging email campaigns, including weekly newsletters and targeted offers.
- Growing the social media presence through engaging content and timely responses.
- Collaborating with suppliers to create eye-catching print materials for the branches.
- Liaising with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to optimize marketing efforts.
Skills/Experience required as a Marketing Assistant:
- Some previous experience working in a Marketing/Copywriting role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
