A leading global provider of smart, sustainable lighting solutions and software is looking for a driven, customer-focussed Sales Support Executive.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact in the industry. Along with a salary of £27,000 per annum (negotiable – DOE), you will also receive hybrid working, 25 days holiday, a 5% pension contribution, private medical insurance and life insurance.
You will be working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with a 14:00 on a Friday.
As Sales Support Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Field Sales teams and customers to generate price proposals for lighting products and connected services.
- Processing orders and managing customer deliveries.
- Generating customer quotes.
- Developing an understanding of products and service offerings to guide customers on available solutions.
- Working closely with the Field Sales teams to identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
We're looking for a Sales Support Executive with:
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach that delivers positive and sustainable results.
