The E-Commerce Executive will join the Digital Team, focusing on improving website performance, enhancing customer experience, and increasing conversion rates. Key responsibilities include managing E-Commerce KPIs, collaborating with external agencies, suggesting website improvements, and monitoring website metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive E-Commerce KPIs: boost conversion rates, lower acquisition costs, and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with external development, SEO, and paid advertising agencies.
- Recommend and implement website enhancements.
- Ensure accurate product pricing and promotional updates.
- Optimise user experience and website performance.
- Analyse customer behavior and website metrics for actionable insights.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Passion for E-Commerce with a solid understanding of online purchasing dynamics.
- Experience with Shopify, ERP systems (Merlin preferred), paid advertising, and SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
