Our well know client are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead their brand strategy in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives across products, events, digital campaigns, and new launches. As a key senior team member and brand guardian, you'll ensure consistent brand integrity across all communications and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual brand marketing and communication strategy aligned with global marketing to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the design and activation of the Commercial Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & EPS, ensuring timely execution to meet growth plans.
- Create and drive demand for the brand through innovative marketing plans, promotional activities, and trade show management to enhance brand visibility and impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and EPS teams on projects to maximize opportunities, support bespoke customer initiatives, and drive value and business growth.
- Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking effectiveness to meet business goals.
- Oversee the Marketing Team, handling recruitment, training, scheduling, and compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Engage in key account meetings, international marketing events, and PR activities to strengthen customer relationships, secure loyalty, and promote the brand.
Key skills:
- 5+ years in senior marketing with expertise in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
- Skilled in creating professional documents and presentations; holds a Marketing degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe systems, and both PC/MAC platforms.
- Strong team management and collaboration skills across all levels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Calm under pressure, handles sensitive information discreetly.
- Committed, flexible, and willing to travel or work extended hours as needed.
