I am looking for an experienced all round Finance Assistant on a short term initial temporary basis. This role will be supporting all day-to-day financial operations.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient in using Sage Line 50 accounting software to post invoices, purchase invoices, and manage the general ledger
- Experienced in collating receipts, handling petty cash, and providing administrative support
- Skilled in raising invoices and supporting the preparation of profit and loss statements
- Adept at matching receipts to costs and ensuring accurate financial records
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in an interim or temporary capacity
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
