Office & Warehouse Assistant (Part Time)
In this part-time position you will have the chance to work alongside a small, friendly team and contribute to the smooth running of both the office and warehouse operations. If you are adaptable, have a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Part time, permanent
Monday - Friday 10am-2pm (20hrs per week)
Up to £24k pro rata
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking in deliveries and ensuring accurate order allocation.
- Generating dispatch notes and coordinating order picking and labelling activities.
- Packing and dispatching products, including creating courier labels.
- Generating invoices for export orders and performing general administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised stockroom and conducting annual stock checks.
- Additional adhoc duties to support the team
