Robert Half is recruiting an IT Audit Manager on behalf of a global consultancy based in Central London.

We are looking for proactive, dynamic and ambitious individuals who have a range IT audit experience and are looking to expand their knowledge in a growing environment. The team is looking for a team manager to manage multiple projects across a financial-services client portfolio and train junior members of staff on best IT audit and risk practices.
If you possess the below or keen to develop some of the areas, we'd love to talk to you:
- 5+ years' experience in IT audit (external or internal audit), preferably in a professional services firm although candidates from in-house financial services businesses will be considered.
- Working with a variety of frameworks (COBIT, COSO, NIST, SOX)
- Leading gap analysis to understand and address regulatory requirements.
- Designing, implementing, and supporting audit and risk frameworks as well as the controls environments of clients.
- Assessing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively within a team and build client relationships, including some business development.
- Understanding and demonstrating the importance of business ethics.
- Great written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to document findings and recommendations clearly.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
- Capable of mentoring and developing team members.
