Responsibilities Include:
- Care Act assessments
- Discharging statutory duties under the Care Act 2014
- Examine and supervise carer strategies
- working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Commitment to high-quality care provision
- Undertaking safeguarding adults enquiries and devising and monitoring protection plans
- Action safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- **At least 2 years post qualification experience
- Social Work Qualification
- Social Work England registration
