Fram Search is working with a boutique asset management firm specializing in private credit investments. They are currently in the process of a growth phase and looking for exceptional individuals who are strong at providing excellent client service. We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Manager to join an existing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within Family Offices and a proven track record in sales within the asset management sector. This role is critical in driving growth within the business and the hired candidate must have a network of family offices to work from.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to attract and retain Family Office clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Family Office/Private Clients contacts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the investment team to tailor solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
