Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Family Hubs Team Leader for a Local Authority Client based in West London.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver coordinated, early support services to children, young people, and families, ensuring they receive the right assistance at the right time.
About the role:
You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:
- Supervise and line manage a team delivering targeted group work and outreach services to young children and their families.
- Collaborate with the Early Help team to ensure families receive timely and appropriate support.
- Make decisions on casework, review assessments, and recommend appropriate levels of intervention and support.
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the Hubs, ensuring safety for staff and service users.
- Participate in staff recruitment, development, and training, maintaining a commitment to staff development.
About you:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Extensive experience working with complex families, preferably within a local authority setting.
- Experience managing a team and working with families with complex needs.
- Experience collaborating with multiple agencies to deliver coordinated support services.
- Experience managing risk assessments, casework, and intervention plans.
What's on offer:
Salary: £23+ph
- may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
