Key Responsibilities:
- Engage warmly with customers, offering expert product knowledge and styling advice.
- Understand and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store presentation, ensuring that visual merchandising is aligned with company guidelines.
- Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on long-term retention.
- Stay informed on product launches, seasonal trends, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally with premium fashion or accessories.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate the brand's values and product details in a compelling manner.
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of personal presentation.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
