The Southern Riser team undertake gas riser survey and replacement work to our asset feeding multiple-occupancy buildings across the entire Southern footprint. We are currently looking for a surveyor in the London and surrounding area.
I keep people safe and warm by...
- Carrying out detailed inspection of our above ground assets in line with SGN/PM/REP/3 procedure.
- Providing clear and comprehensive survey information, with photographic evidence.
- Ensuring risk reduction is accurately recorded and measured by the Network.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including residents.
- Undertaking audits to verify accuracy of previously completed surveys.
What you'll need
- Knowledge and understanding of SGN/PM/REP/3 is desired (although training will be provided).
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- An eye for detail and ability to identify potential hazards/risks on site.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office systems.
- Flexibility with a 'can do' enthusiastic approach and strive to outperform targets.
