My client is based in Castleford and is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team initially on a 3-month basis, to support with change within the Finance system, to support with growth within the company. You will join the team to support with processing invoices and bank reconciliation.
Description
Duties may include but would not be limited to:
- Processing high volumes of company invoices
- Dealing with all aspects of accounts payable queries
- Bank reconciliation
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting
- Identifying any discrepancies with invoices
- Other duties within the accounts payable function
Profile
- Be immediately available.
- Previous experience in accounts payable positions.
- Be proficient on Finance systems including Microsoft Excel.
- Be able to be on-site 4 days a week.
- Be able to work well within a team.
