The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Delivery Manager to support one of Diligenta's clients within the innovation space. You'll be delivering end-to-end project management on a variety of different in-house programmes including new ways of working and how AI can be used to improve productivity.
You'll be:
- Developing the innovation roadmap for Operations ensuring alignment to Group, Client, Contractual and Operations strategic plans.
- Evaluating and assessing the costs and the potential impact of proposed solutions, considering technical limitations, risk and operational impact
- Creating an alternative agile way of working across the M&G account
- Building collaborative relationships across the business, client and 3rd party areas in order to successfully deliver innovative initiatives
- Engaging and supporting with the delivery of the management framework including effective oversight and transparency of the entire operations innovation plan
You should apply if you:
- Have a proven track record of delivering small to large projects / programmes of work Have project management experience within the innovation space
- Have change management experience
- PRINCE2/APMP
- Have experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external
- Are able to meet strict deadlines
- Possess strong communication skills
- Can manage and develop people effectively
- Proficient in planning and organising
