Marketing Executive

Central Employment Marketing team are working in partnership with a specialist and bespoke Automotive parts Manufacturer, as they look to appoint a Marketing Executive.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you can expect a wide and varied range of responsibilities. The position will support sales activity in generating leads and maximising opportunities to communicate with new and existing customers.

The role is best suited to an experienced marketing professional with a strong product marketing background.

We are looking for innovative people who come with ideas, playing an active part in the future development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print,and events.
  • Utilise CRM to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Support product marketing by developing product documents and specification sheets.
  • Plan and coordinate company participation in events and exhibitions.
  • Ensure all event activities align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Content management and optimisation of the company's websites.
  • Monitor and analyse statistics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including online display advertising.

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Ensure all necessary marketing collateral is accurate, up to date and meets brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar B2B product marketing role.
  • Marketing principles and practices.
  • Website content management and optimisation.
  • CRM software such as SalesForce, HubSpot or Monday.com.
  • SEM
  • Web analytics.
  • Email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
