Overview
: As an Associate, you will drive both technical and commercial contributions to our business. Your role includes overseeing project-specific tasks, leading QA processes, chairing design reviews, and fostering technical and process improvements across offices. You will also refine recruitment processes and participate in R&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee QA processes for all technical deliverables.
- Chair design reviews within the team.
- Lead technical standardization and process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to enhance team technical skills and capabilities.
- Mentor and develop career pathways for engineers.
- Maintain and build client relationships through project delivery.
- Contribute to professional growth through training, mentorship, and development initiatives.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
- Strong technical communication skills in English.
- Experience in engineering consulting, preferably in fire engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of the UK construction industry and project procurement process.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and role model attributes.
