IT Support Engineer - Contract Vacancy
Suitable - 2nd Line / Service Desk / IT Engineer / Team Lead / Projects
Rate: £130-£140 p/d
Working Location: Glasgow
Contract Length: 12 Months (Minimum), can be extended to 3 Years.
My client has a requirement for an IT Support Engineer on a minimum 12-month contract. The client is based on the outskirts of Glasgow, and your role within the position would be to lead a team of Junior IT Technicians across 1st Line on the IT Service Desk. Furthermore, hands on support across deskside/onsite, and new exciting IT Projects is also part of the position.
Technical skills required -
- Office 365
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Ticketing System
- Azure
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routers and Switches
- Exchange
- Intune / MDM
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and via a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
