My client in Bracknell is looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist to join their Enhanced Intermediate Care Tea, for a 3 month initial contract.
The team consists of OTs, physios, nurses, social workers and support coordinators working together to facilitate discharge from hospital, prevent unnecessary hospital admission and maximize independence at home.
- Rate: £27.93p/h Umbrella
- Department: Enhanced Intermediate Care Team
- Location: Bracknell (hybrid working available)
- Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm (4 days a week) and 1 late shift a week, 12pm - 8pm
About you:
- Must have at least Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.
- Experience in reablement is essential
- Must be a car driver
