MS498 - Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Twickenham
Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for Dispatch Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Military Accessories shop & assisting with dispatching customer orders.
Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day running of the Shop (e-commerce).
- Despatching orders efficiently and dealing with customer queries.
- Marketing, stock management, and ensuring all of the systems and sales channels are running smoothly.
- General administration.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work in a team.
- Experience within a similar role would be beneficial.
- Customer Service skills.
- IT literate with packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Determined and motivated to deliver and to develop their skills.
