Property Paralegal
A top law firm is hiring a new Property Paralegal on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. Sitting in the firms renowned Commercial Real Estate team, this is a fantastic Property Paralegal opportunity.
- Salary to £32,000 FTE
- Hybrid working (2 days remote)
- 9.30am to 5.30pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Paralegal with proven experience of working within a Real Estate or Commercial Property department of a recognised law firm.
Property Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation for execution by clients.
- Assisting on a large transaction project for an important client – there will also be opportunities to assist with other transactions across the team.
- Obtaining copy documentation from local authorities and other agencies.
- Dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications.
- File opening and searches.
- Pre and post completion work on transactions.
- Assisting with the conveyancing process from initial instructions onwards, prepare and collate documentation.
Property Paralegal Requirements:
- Previous Real Estate / Commercial Property Paralegal experience.
- Familiarity with title registers and the registration process including experience dealing with HM Land Registry applications and requisitions and SDLT returns.
- Good organisational skills and can work as part of a team.
