The Role
In this Senior HR Business Partner role, you'll be a trusted advisor, partnering with senior stakeholders across the Supply Chain function, including VPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the Supply Chain function's goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including those involving unions and industrial relations.
- Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion within the Supply Chain function.
- Stay up-to-date on HR legislation and best practices.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner ideally in supply chain.
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR, with a particular focus on union and/or industrial relations experience.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus potential.
