The Role

In this Senior HR Business Partner role, you'll be a trusted advisor, partnering with senior stakeholders across the Supply Chain function, including VPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the Supply Chain function's goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including those involving unions and industrial relations.
  • Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion within the Supply Chain function.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR legislation and best practices.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner ideally in supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR, with a particular focus on union and/or industrial relations experience.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
