Citrus Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive for our fleet management client based just outside of Solihull.
You will be joining a small sales and customer services team who work together to drive business forward and provide excellent customer service to customers, both businesses and consumers.
You will be following up on enquiries and warm leads, taking a consultive approach to understand what the customer would be looking for and providing them with solutions and taking them through the sale.
We are looking for someone with experience who has office based sales experience and is confident making outbound calls.
The hours of work are:
Week 1= 8.30 – 4.30 Week 2 = 10-6
Saturday =1 in every 3 = 9 -12
Responsibilities & day to day duties
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers, using a consultative approach to understand their requirements and what they're looking for
- Support customers with finance applications
- Maintaining excellent customer service levels at all times
- Work as part of a larger Sales and Customer Service to meet client needs, increase revenue and provide excellent customer service
Skills & experience required
- At least 1 year in a sales environment with direct contact with customers proven sales and service results
- High degree of self-motivation and a hard-working approach to achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Experience working towards targets and an understanding of KPI's
- Excellent administrative skills, ability to use Microsoft and different software/ portals
