Hiring a Paralegal to work in Hertford!
Enforcement Paralegal Salary:
- £25,000-£30,000 per annum DOE
- Permanent role office based
Enforcement Paralegal Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
- Dealing with Case Management Enforcement matters adhering to Practice methodologies
- Establishing and maintaining client links to develop cases
- Conducting legal research
- Summarising documents and advising accordingly
- Drafting, filing documents to courts, preparing correspondence and preparing court forms and legal documentation
- Issuing pre approved industrucions
- Attending meetings with clients and third parties
- Supporting other members of the Enforcement Team with their duties
- 25 days of annual leave
- Pension scheme
Enforcement Paralegal Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience in Enforcement law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of process techniques
- Ability to learn quickly and work without supervision
