An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to work for this growing manufacturing company in Blaydon. You will be AAT qualified and be keen to take on more responsibility. Your duties will be as follows:
- Dealing with purchase orders and processing invoices
- Processing invoices from suppliers in Sage
- Checking of sales invoices and ensuring they are coded correctly
- Supplier statement reconciliation and helping with payment run
- Journal preparation and processing
- Assisting with the month end process
- Dealing with expenses and credit cards
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with payroll when needed
- Liaising with customers and answering questions and queries
