My client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Head of Children's Strategy & Improvement on a Contract basis.
The role will lead the Strategy & Improvement of Children's Services for the Council.
About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
- Effectively deliver preparation of the Children's Services for upcoming inspection.
- Oversee and manage key partnerships across Safeguarding, the Children's Trust, etc.
- Ensure performance, data and BI functions are operating efficiently, with statutory returns made to the DFE in a timely fashion.
- Provide leadership, challenge and support to the Mayor, Members, the Chief Executive, Corporate and Directorate Leadership Teams
About you: You will have the following experiences:
- Proven experience in leading Strategy & Improvement for Children's Services in a Local Authority context.
- Excellent understanding of relevant data and business intelligence.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and engagement skills.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £600-£650 per day, inside IR35.
