**Key Responsibilities
:
- Build and maintain relationships with primary schools, understanding their staffing needs and developing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and interview teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a strong pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising roles and attracting talent to conducting interviews and placing candidates.
- Provide career guidance to educators, helping them find the perfect role in line with their skills and aspirations.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with education trends, including policies and staffing challenges, to better serve both clients and candidates.
**What We're Looking For
