As a Customer Service Leader, you'll handle end-to-end customer support, including order input on SAP, logistics coordination, shipping queries, supply chain management, and invoicing. This role is hybrid, based in the UK, with time split between remote work and our clients new office space (launching end of 2024).

Description
This exciting role will be varied, you'll be spending majority of your time working to investigate, process or follow up on customer orders in various stages of the supply chain process.
This role works with business customers speaking both German and English.
- Provide superior customer service to German-speaking customers
- Processing high value, high volume orders
- Logistics administration such as shipping notes and special regulations
- Work using a ERP system (SAP)
- Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently
- Work closely with the team to meet customer service goals
- Maintain customer database and update account information
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues
- Assist in product and service development based on customer feedback
- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs for continuous improvement
Profile
A successful applicant should have:
- Excellent command of the German and English language (written and verbal)
- Experience working within a Customer Service Department for a business in the manufacturing or similar sector
- Understanding of the Supply Chain process from a previous role
- Experience working with a large ERP system such as SAP, Dynamics etc
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management software
