Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support individual and small group learning, tailored to students' needs as well as supporting SEN students as and when needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Help with the assessment and tracking of student progress.
- Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a primary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
