P4Recritment are seeking a dedicated Senior Outreach Worker to join our clients team in Exeter.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assertive outreach and visit hot spots across the local area to engage with clients.
Provide supportive line management and supervision to team members.
Collaborate with external agencies to ensure effective multi-agency support and maximise opportunities for clients.
Requirements:
UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable).
Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
Availability to participate in an Outreach rota, which may include working early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
