Marketing Executive

Reed Marketing and Creative are looking for a Marketing Executive with a passion for education and a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative and articulate communicator with experience in both organic and paid social media, as well as Google advertising. A "can-do" attitude and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, which involves promoting training programmes through various channels.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns in consultation with Programme Directors, Coordinators, and the Marketing, Sales & Partnerships teams.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  • Manage digital and social media channels, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, to reach new and existing clients.
  • Update SEO-optimised websites with compelling content, thought leadership insights, and case studies.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, segmented by audience, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Collaborate with PR & Media Consultant for public relations and media activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage external agencies for timely and budgeted campaign delivery.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Promote the positive impact of our training on participants, schools, and young people using data provided by subject matter experts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for proofreading.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and website Content Management Systems.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Capable of maintaining accuracy and attention to detail within tight deadlines.
