- Deliver inspiring and high-quality lessons that captivate and motivate young learners.

- Guide the Early Years team, ensuring every child has the chance to thrive.
- Continually develop and refine the EYFS curriculum to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Cultivate a vibrant learning environment catering to the diverse needs of all children.
- Collaborate with parents to actively involve them in their child's educational journey.
- Lead specific subject areas and actively participate in the school's community life.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in working with various age groups within the Early Years framework.
- Capability to spearhead school improvement initiatives within EYFS.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

- Desirable knowledge of the Mastery approach to teaching mathematics (NCTEM).
