About the Role:

  • Deliver inspiring and high-quality lessons that captivate and motivate young learners.

  • Guide the Early Years team, ensuring every child has the chance to thrive.
  • Continually develop and refine the EYFS curriculum to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Cultivate a vibrant learning environment catering to the diverse needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with parents to actively involve them in their child's educational journey.
  • Lead specific subject areas and actively participate in the school's community life.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in working with various age groups within the Early Years framework.
  • Capability to spearhead school improvement initiatives within EYFS.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • A track record of elevating standards and a fervent passion for educational excellence.
  • A reflective approach to teaching, in line with the school's strategic goals.
  • Openness to innovative ideas and a dedication to collaborative progress and professional growth.
  • Desirable knowledge of the Mastery approach to teaching mathematics (NCTEM).
