Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across the site to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Deliver training and toolbox talks to employees, promoting safety awareness and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to drive a proactive safety culture across the site.
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
