Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance credit control processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Setting Up Direct Debits: Manage the setup and maintenance of direct debit arrangements with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Sending Statements: Prepare and dispatch account statements to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Managing Outstanding Payments: Monitor and manage incoming payments, resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate financial records.
