There is a high demand for supply teachers to cover from EYFS up to KS2. All the work is within Torquay or in the surrounding towns and villages. The working day can vary slightly between each school, however, a typical day would most likely be 8.30-15.30.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Versatility to teach across different year groups and subjects
- Adaptability to work in various school settings
- Strong classroom management skills
- Positive attitude and passion for teaching
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons following school curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a conducive learning environment
- Support students' learning and progress during short-term assignments
- Follow school policies and procedures
- Provide feedback and assessment as required
