Based in a friendly, sociable team, this varied, newly created opportunity has arisen due to company growth and will work closely alongside the Financial Controller.
What will the Finance Administration Assistant role involve?
- Processing sales orders and purchase ledger invoices.
- Statement reconciliations.
- Dealing with and resolving invoicing queries.
- Data entry and general office administration.
- Answering the phone, checking emails and forwarding calls onto relevant department.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Administration Assistant vacancy:
- Possess sound, transactional accounts /data entry experience.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Possess good communication skills and have good IT systems knowledge.

- Salary of £23,000 -£25,000.
- Office based role working 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursdays, 8.30am -4pm on Fridays.
