Financial Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner - Wimbledon - £33k - £35k + bonus, Full study support - Chartered IFA firm
My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices in Wimbledon who offer whole of market financial advice to HNW private clients who are retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across London and Surrey. They have 1000 clients in their current setup with on average £500k of assets to invest per client but their top clients have multiple millions to invest and nearly £1bn AUM. The clients receive advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, protections (both personal and business). Their highest net worth clients do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners of which I have placed 3 members of them.
The Managing Director is creating a brand new role for a Financial Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner to be supporting the team of Chartered Financial Advisers. You will be allocated an Adviser to support and you will act as their "go-to-person" relating to all technical matters and report writing. Experience within an independent financial advice business will be key and you will ideally be working towards your level 4 diploma but this is not essential. This role will be suitable for a progressive candidate who is perhaps a Financial Administrator and wants to take their next step up and learn to become a Paraplanner. Full training and study support packages towards your diploma and Chartered status will be provided. If you aspire to be a Financial Adviser then full training will be provided and you could be an adviser in the much longer term as some Advisers are approaching retirement and will need replacements.
