Customer Service Assistant

PP Associates are working exclusively with an independent, stable, and well-established business. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team where you will enjoy a blend of customer services and sales administration.

Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email
  • Communicating with customers on various platforms
  • Assessing returns for resale suitability
  • Organising collections and dispatching replacements
  • Collaborating with quality assurance on product issues
  • Managing stock levels across multiple platforms
  • Overseeing sales administration for timely order processing
  • Assisting with catalogue and feedback quality

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce
  • Willingness to work some weekends on a rota basis
  • Familiarity with web-based platforms is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
