Business Operations Administrator job profile:
A great opportunity has arisen for a reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to support the business, with a wide variety of key administrative tasks across the business. Reporting directly to the Operations Executive, the Business Operations Administrator will provide first-class administration support, managing a number of Admin, HR, and Facilities related tasks.
Business Operations Administrator Requirements:
- Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for team members across the business
- Internal and external event management, including venue hire and booking vendors.
- Facilities management including office and kitchen supplies and ordering as required
- Assisting with workforce planning for Production department.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with Fire Safety and Health and Safety where required
- Managing internal communications through employee portals
- Supporting the HR team with a variety of recruitment tasks including setting up interviews, note taking and shortlisting.
- Assisting with HR administration tasks where required
- Scheduling meetings and note taking
Business Operations Administrator Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Good understanding of IT systems
- Strong interpersonal skills - socially interactive and able to liaise with all kinds of people
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Able to work efficiently & confidently alone as well as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise important tasks
- Ideally has experience in working with a fast paced administrative role, 1-2 yrs
