Central Employment are working exclusively with a market leading and innovative manufacturing company, as they look to appoint a Business Operations Administrator, to work alongside and support their Operations Executive.

Business Operations Administrator job profile:

A great opportunity has arisen for a reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to support the business, with a wide variety of key administrative tasks across the business. Reporting directly to the Operations Executive, the Business Operations Administrator will provide first-class administration support, managing a number of Admin, HR, and Facilities related tasks.

Business Operations Administrator Requirements:

  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements for team members across the business
  • Internal and external event management, including venue hire and booking vendors.
  • Facilities management including office and kitchen supplies and ordering as required
  • Assisting with workforce planning for Production department.
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting with Fire Safety and Health and Safety where required
  • Managing internal communications through employee portals
  • Supporting the HR team with a variety of recruitment tasks including setting up interviews, note taking and shortlisting.
  • Assisting with HR administration tasks where required
  • Scheduling meetings and note taking

Business Operations Administrator Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good understanding of IT systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills - socially interactive and able to liaise with all kinds of people
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Able to work efficiently & confidently alone as well as part of a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise important tasks
  • Ideally has experience in working with a fast paced administrative role, 1-2 yrs
