As a senior member of the Digital Team, you will look to continually improve and enhance our digital presence, bringing our portfolio of websites to be the best in class.
You'll be responsible for our portfolio of websites, working closely with internal teams and external agencies and partners to deliver a breadth of projects. You will take a strategic view of our sites, planning, budgeting, coordinating, and implementing a long-term development plan, with the end user at the heart of decisions.
Our role will have line management responsibilities too.

What you'll do doing: (click through to see the full job description)
Relationship management with external agencies and suppliers.
Work with suppliers and partners to ensure that our sites are performing at the highest standard.
Lead the technical SEO efforts on our websites.
Ensure best practise is followed across the whole marketing team and collaborate with the team to drive better organic traffic to our websites.
Owning, briefing and leading on the improvement and development of websites to deliver organisational objectives.
Ensure all digital activity across teams is accurately tracked and deliver regular key reporting to key stakeholders within the business.
Embrace a culture of continuous testing and refinement to deliver agile web enhancements and ensure our websites are performing to a high standard.
To ensure that our websites remain GDPR compliant.
You'll have budget responsibilities and take an active role in managing agreed budgets to ensure that activities deliver cost effective results.

Bring your experience:
Significant experience of updating websites and managing the implementation of developments from initial brief to rollout
Experience of reviewing web performance and delivering insights with key actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives.
Understanding and experience of UX principles is essential.
Background of making data-driven decisions with end-user at the forefront.
Understanding and experience with platform such as WordPress, SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console. Experience of working with Elementor, Yoast SEO, Hotjar, Cookiebot and Monsido highly advantageous.
Experience of managing third party agencies, suppliers and a variety of stakeholders is essential in this role.
