They are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance working in their beautiful rural setting near Blandford.
Your new role
This job requires a hands-on Finance Manager to perform accounting and reporting functions as well as the management of a small finance team, providing timely financial information for the senior leadership team. You will be responsible for monthly management accounts, compiling KPIs & other reporting, data analysis, and assisting with the production of the statutory accounts. You will also assist with the budget preparation, ad hoc duties to support the Head of Finance as required and be prepared to become the IT superuser for the finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will be part qualified, (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), AAT qualified or "qualified by experience" with demonstrable experience in similar accounting roles.
- You will have a commercial and analytical approach with good Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the finance team and across the wider organisation.
