We are SAP and Business Systems Recruitment specialists.
We are looking for Recruitment Consultants with 6 months to 1 yrs experience to join our expanding team. Your role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant will give you the opportunity to manage and be responsible for the entire process of the recruitment cycle. You will be building long term relationships with clients and candidates in order to generate revenue and further business development opportunities while maintaining first class delivery service.
Role Responsibilities
- Contacting companies and/or candidates to generate and develop new business, to meet Hanson Regan's expansion plans.
- Cold calling direct line managers and/or candidates to introduce Hanson Regan's services
- Update and utilise the companies database as the default recording of all recruitment related activity daily in accordance with company expectations and processes.
- Building good relations with clients and candidates to create longevity of the relationship.
- Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates to deliver the perfect fit for the client.
- Head hunting for executive, specialist roles.
- Negotiating our fees to ensure our margins are maintained.
- Meeting targets, including but not limited to ; revenue and/or deal targets.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to facilitate communication and maintain positive relationships.
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate statue, recruitment progress and market trends.
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate
- Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment
- Proven experience working within the full-cycle, 360 recruitment process
- Resilience and Self Motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Business Development

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
