Owing to increasing workload demands, my client is seeking to add additional resource to support their team.
Your role will be to support the Global Process Leads (GPL) and the Global Process Owners (GPO) in the implementation of the vision, strategy, and performance objectives for order-to-cash process. This role has a global remit and has a high focus on influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders and Business Process Owners (BPO) across the organisation.
- You will be required to proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure lessons are learned and improvements made to the process moving forwards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OTC processes & their governance, including introduction of standard methodologies and models. With the key focus being to bring standardisation, propose automation and improved accuracy.
- Work with the business to understand its future requirements and how the OTC processes might need to adjust to reflect their changes, including defining functional requirements for any system changes/new solutions.
In order to be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Extensive in-depth practical knowledge of end to end OTC processes
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience of leading finance or business change projects
- A strong passion for systems including an understanding of and application within the OTC process
- Leadership capabilities and personal gravitas
