OVERVIEW
A leading estate agency are searching for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Knightsbridge. This role presents a great opportunity to play a key role in the finance team and aid with the strategy of an expanding business.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + benefits
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting directly to the CFO you will be responsible for:
- Prepare financial statements and management reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, providing actionable insights and supporting budget planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal leaders for financial oversight and ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, and audits.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial data across CRM and Oracle Systems (Reapit).
- Liaise with tax agents and work with auditors to ensure compliance and timely, accurate audits.
- Support the Finance Manager and CFO in aligning with the overall financial strategy of the business.
EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS
- At least 5 years of experience within finance (within real estate preferred)
- Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CFA) or QBE accountant with a related degree
- Extensive experience in financial reporting and planning
- Ideally strong experience within commercial real estate
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
