What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations within the organisation's central office. You will provide administrative support to the Central Office Team, maintain a welcoming reception area, and assist with day-to-day office activities

Our client provides a range of services and resources designed to support educators in enhancing student performance.
What we're looking for:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer calls, and manage emails.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars.
- Draft and send correspondence on behalf of the organisation.
- Handle public inquiries and address complaints.
- Support social media updates and event coordination.
- Manage office supplies and maintain tidy communal areas.
- Provide administrative support to the central office team.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room setup and documentation.
Hours & Benefits:
- 37 hours per week (Term Time +2 Weeks
- Part time can be considered
