Lloyd Recruitment Services is thrilled to be partnering with a vibrant, independent, family run business based in Littlehampton. We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join their dynamic team and enhance the customer experience.

Position Overview:

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, managing a variety of tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Your role will involve handling incoming calls, addressing customer enquiries, and supporting the overall order process.

The Role:

As a Call Centre Agent, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, ensuring all customer enquiries and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Processing customer orders and providing updates on order status
  • Communicating with third parties and suppliers to amend or follow up on requests
  • Coordinating with the purchasing and warehousing teams to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Assisting team leaders with priority orders and urgent tasks
  • Delivering top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently

About the Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who excels in a customer-focused environment and possesses strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in using new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A highly self-motivated attitude with a penchant for teamwork
  • The ability to manage and prioritise multiple urgent tasks effectively
  • Comfort in a predominantly phone-based role

Salary: £22,500
Hours: Monday to Friday
